2025 Team Summit Letter of Agreement

The 2025 Team Summit program provides a network of individuals who serve as ambassadors to support and enhance the promotion of Summit Run Co and related events. This letter of agreement defines the responsibilities and expectations of Team Summit and Summit Run Co, LLC., with respect to the program.

This 2025 Team Summit Agreement is entered into on the date noted below, by and between, Summit Run Co, LLC and Team Member, with respect to the services described.

Integrity Awareness Notice: Team Members represent Summit Run Co, sponsors, staff, volunteers and our community. Team Member agrees to uphold the Summit Run Co brand with the utmost integrity in all ways that they interact as a Team Member (digital content, in-person events, etc.). Summit Run Co reserves the right to remove a Team Member from this program at their discretion.

Compensation: Team Member will not be financially compensated in any way. Summit Run Co does not subsidize travel and/or training expenses.

Team Member will receive one (1) complimentary event entry for a 2025 event of their choosing, 50% off all other events, and 25% off Friends and Family codes to be used for event registration fees only. Event entry is non-transferable.

Team Member will receive complimentary Team Summit branded gear or apparel for exclusive use by Team Member.

Expectations: Team Member will represent Summit Run Co in-person and online in a positive manner. Team Members are encouraged to participate in Summit Run Co events, whether racing or volunteering, whenever possible, but at a minimum of two events per term of agreement. 

Term of Agreement: Team Member agreement runs from March 2025 through February 2026. This agreement does not automatically renew - Team Member must reapply each year to continue in their role.

Content Ownership: Summit Run Co reserves the right to share relevant content created by Team Member while agreeing to give credit whenever possible. Content is owned by Team Member.

Termination: This is an at will agreement. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, upon notice given to the other party. Summit Run Co reserves the right to remove a Team Member from the program at any time per its discretion. If a Team Member Agreement is terminated, participant’s event registrations may be removed.
