Peachtree Road Race Training Plans

Whether you’re getting ready for your first 10k or your fastest, we have a plan for you.

After purchase, one of our coaches will contact you and begin designing your training plan based on your background and other information. Plans will be adjusted to begin on your anticipate start date, but we recommend starting by April 1st.

In addition to your training plan, our coaches will also provide you with many helpful tips for race day, including course breakdown, pacing, nutrition/hydration advice, and strategies for the hills and running in the heat. We will also send you a welcome package with Summit stickers and a custom branded buff!

What to expect with your training plan: Daily structured workouts with 1-2 higher intensity runs per week involving speed intervals or hills repeats, depending on your needs and abilities. Your plan will be broken down in blocks of 3-4 weeks, with each block focusing on a different desired adaptation. Most athletes will be expected to run 4-6 days per week, depending on availability.
